eLoume is a smart and powerful admin panel built to help businesses manage everything in one place. From tracking orders and payments to managing users, products, teams, and delivery settings eLoume makes it all easy and organized.
Challenge
One of the biggest challenges in building eLoume was designing a complex system that still feels simple and intuitive.
With so many features like orders, payments, refunds, roles, delivery costs, and more — the real struggle was making sure everything stays well-organized and easy to navigate for admins of all skill levels.
Finding the right balance between functionality and user experience took a lot of thoughtful layout planning, clean UI decisions, and consistent design logic across all sections.
Solution
To solve the complexity challenge, I focused on clarity, consistency, and modular design.
I started by breaking down each feature into smaller components and designed them around a clean, card-based layout. This made it easier for users to scan and manage data without feeling overwhelmed.
I used clear icons, section headers, and a sidebar navigation to guide users through the system effortlessly. Every section from Orders to Configuration follows a consistent UI pattern, so once you learn one part, you can use the rest with ease.
By keeping the interface clean, prioritizing essential actions, and testing the flow from an admin’s perspective, I was able to build an experience that’s both powerful and user-friendly.
